In November 2011, Karyn took her many years of expertise and interest in business management, organization, websites, and social media, meshed those with her DEEP desire to lessen these burdens on small business owners, and created Harmony Virtual Assistants.

Karyn and Normand are both United States Air Force Veterans. After Active Duty, Karyn went on to serve in the CT Air National Guard, DC Air National Guard, and VA Air National Guard. Karyn brings 20+ years Office Management / Paralegal / Executive Assistant experience, while Normand specializes in Project Management, Operations and Logistics. They both have exceptional organizational, time management and communication skills, a proven ability to work effectively in deadline-driven, high-volume environments and confidence working both independently and as integral members of a team.

BUT WHO ARE KARYN AND NORMAND AS YOU KNOW, REGULAR PEOPLE?

Most importantly, we are an authentic Christian family, which means we are imperfect. We seek to do our best and live life honestly, compassionately and yes, imperfectly!  Through our words and actions, we strive to display how much we honestly care about you and your success.

We are also a hockey loving, nature seeking, Scout leading, pet friendly, camping passionate, homeschooling family. We play music loud, laugh loud, and work hard. 

Karyn grew up in sunny south Florida, while Normand’s childhood was spent in Connecticut. We met while stationed at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. We became a family of 3 in 2013 when we journeyed around the world to bring our son home forever.
